Things to do in Scotland:
Forthcoming Events:
UEFA 2008 European Cup Finals, Austria & Switzerland, 7th June 2008 to 29th June 2008
There's only one way to enjoy all the matches and the soak up atmosphere...
Forget about accommodation - by now the overpriced hotels are fully booked. Add up the cost of flights, hire cars and hotels etc. and you'll need deep pockets and a German phrase book!
You and your mates can be there only £150 per person per week - that's about half the price of a flight alone! And the only costs on top is your diesel, ferry and expenses.
Tour the amazing countryside, see towns and enjoy the sights along the way for an unforgettable "Euro 2008 Road Trip".
Enjoy a shower, have a barbecue, and soak up the entire memorable event in Austria & Switzerland next summer with our motorhomes. A motorhome is the only way to enjoy this once in a lifetime football event.
You and your friends can be at the Fifa European Finals 2008 in total comfort and luxury from 2 to 6 people in a fantastic Motorhome.
British Grand Prix, Silverstone, 6 July 2008
There is an inextricable link between England and Formula One racing.
Take three facts: (1) Silverstone is the oldest race on the calendar; (2) England is home to six of the teams (McLaren, Williams, Red Bull, Renault, Midland and BAR) and (3) the sport’s commercial management is based in London.
The UK has a unique blend of beautiful countryside, great cities and some mouth watering architecture, making it a must-see for all travellers. And London, in the words of Hollywood star Samuel L Jackson, is 'just cool'.
From a driver’s perspective, Silverstone’s 5.1 kilometres are some of the most formidable on the Formula One calendar. The track, a former World War II aerodrome, is fast and a quick lap time requires bravery and finesse.

What makes Scotland such an ideal holiday destination is the fantastic variety of things to see and do, so much so that just knowing where to start can be a problem!
Castles
Royal Deeside has been the favourite holiday destination for the Royal Family since the days of Queen Victoria with the present Queen still being in residence at Balmoral Castle from August to September every year.
The family also attend the local church service at Crathie Church most Sundays which is only 25 miles from our base.
Balmoral castle is one of the 350 castles to be found in the Aberdeen and Grampian Highlands.
Whisky
Deeside has also got the whisky county very close by in Speyside where more than half of the Scottish Distilleries are based. A visit to a few of these is a very enjoyable way to spend a day or two whether you like the taste of whisky or not!
Golf

If you fancy being a bit more active, being the home of golf, there are numerous golf courses to choose from many encompassing the wonderful scenery as you play.
Or if you just fancy a shot there are golf driving ranges to sample.
Skiing

Being an island there are miles and miles of fantastic coastlines with Dolphins jumping in the Moray coast area and sailing clubs all around. The world is your oyster!
A taste of Scottish life is best seen at the Highland Games which take place throughout the summer months in different towns which is another great day out.
